Timothy and Heathyr Kampen
Timothy and Heathyr joined SOAR International Ministries in May 2019. Before this, they were in missions with YWAM separately and together since 2014. Timothy was born in New Zealand and moved to the United States with Heathyr, his Alaskan-born wife, in 2017 after getting married the year before. They have two daughters, Charlotte and Emma.
Timothy and Heathyr both have a heart for helping children as well as for counseling/discipling believers. Their dream is to use what God entrusts to them to create a space for burnt-out believers to come to heal, grow, and reconnect with the Lord.
They both graduated from Youth With A Mission’s University of the Nations with Associate of Arts Degrees in Counseling. Timothy also graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Massey University.
At SOAR, they work in Media & Marketing but also manage many of the communications and fundraisers as well as the bookkeeping. If you would like to know more about them, their heart for missions or the church, or to just hear Timothy’s proper Kiwi accent please reach out!
