Take the Director’s vision and message, polish it for effective reception by the intended audience, deliver the message in an appropriate, timely, attractive & effective manner. The Communications Manager will be responsible to represent SOAR consistently across all communication platforms (ie. video, email, flyers, spoken, etc) within the ministry.
Responsible for managing a 20,000+ sf multi hangar facility, including lease operations for the conference room, hangar, and offices, leading and directing activities of Line Service Technicians engaged in providing requested services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers. May perform the same or similar functions as those assigned to the workgroup.
The Development Manager is responsible for strengthening relationships with current donors and expanding SOAR’s donor base. This includes all planning, organizing, and directing of SOAR International’s fundraising. This includes the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns. The Development Director works closely with The Executive Director and the Board of Directors in all development and fund-raising endeavors.
Position includes facility maintenance, cleaning, and snow removal.
Minimum requirements of Multi-Engine & Instrument rated pilot. A&P Mechanic able to work with a Piper Navajo. Inspection Authorization is desirable.
Skilled in the area of computer maintenance and upkeep. Able to oversee database management and website maintenance. Position may include social media content management and graphic design projects.
Basic computer and customer care skills are necessary. This role includes maintaining executive calendars and scheduling as well as arranging travel and providing general assistance to the executive staff. The role may also include basic customer service and visitor care. Essentially, you will be the person that makes us say “what would we do without him/her”?
